I am so glad you wrote this article and I completely agree with what you have said. I find that New Age Spirituality isn't really spirituality at all, just a way to mask narcissim. It's these same people that talk about protecting their 'energy and vibrations' that are the first to ignore the news and current events happening in our world because ignorance is bliss right? We can't just choose to ignore the news because it makes us uncomfortable or doesn't affect us. I have met so many people like this and they actually are some of the most egotistical people I have met and are far removed from authentic spirituality.
